At the time of receipt of the order you need to personally check the integrity of the packaging and the appearance of the goods. The seller is not responsible for defects arising after the transfer of goods to the delivery service.

Good Quality Return Policy
The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods of good quality
within 7 (seven) days * from the date of transfer of the goods.
Returning goods of good quality is possible if its presentation is preserved (including the following: brand packaging, factory labels, seals, labels, hygiene stickers), consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods.
Cannot return used goods.
The Buyer's lack of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods does not deprive him of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of the purchase of the goods.
The term of processing and approval of the return is 1-3 business days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Seller.
In order to make a decision on the approval of the return, the Seller checks:
- safety marking (the presence of an attached tag on the seal, the presence of a hygienic sticker);
- safety of packaging (presence and integrity of the bag or zip-lock package);
- Preservation of presentation (including the absence of traces of decorative cosmetics, deodorant).
ATTENTION! In case of detection of non-compliance with at least one of the listed requirements, the purchased goods are considered to have lost their presentation and are not subject to return.
To avoid misunderstanding, do not send goods that do not meet return requirements.
In case of defects or loss of the goods of the original type of goods, an examination is possible.
After processing and approval of the return, the funds will be transferred to the card with which payment was made within 1 to 10 banking days.
No cash refunds.
Please note that the refund depends on the speed of processing the transaction by your bank and can reach up to 30 business days.
